Peng Xiling ⽼师
沉稳柔和，热爱教学，喜爱孩⼦的彭⽼师，拥有 20 多年丰富的海外中⽂教学经验。2003 年⾄ 2015 年在新加坡从事中 ⽂教学近 13 年；2016 年⾄ 2018 年在美国纽约北京中⽂学校、纽约红苹果连锁幼 ⼉园从事中⽂教学教学近 3 年；2018 年 8 ⽉移居美国新泽西，在新东⽅双语学校任幼⼉园和课后班中⽂⽼师，同时在若歌教会中⽂学校任教。 教学特⾊:借鉴新加坡中⽂教学体制循序渐进、引导思维的教学模式，培养学⽣独特的学习天赋和兴趣。善于运⽤灵活、 ⽣ 动、感性的课堂教学⽅法，从⽽使学⽣的潜能得到有效的挖掘和发展。
Jacki VismanDirector
I come to LGA from NYC with a background in both classroom teaching and administration in Early Childhood Education. I began my teaching career in 2015, in a Montessori preschool classroom. I later taught in a first-grade ICT classroom and then a Reggio-Emilia Universal PreK program. I then joined administration, acting as director of an infant-preschool Reggio-Emilia inspired program in Manhattan, while completing my graduate studies in Early Childhood Education and Special Education.
I am passionate about providing child-centered, enriching school experiences that support all areas of developmental growth. I also prioritize creating a warm, safe and inclusive environment that fosters strong social-emotional growth and prepares children for a global and connected world. Joining LGA + SGA with me is my 2yr-old daughter, Edie. Both of us are very excited to join the community!

My name is Yue Cheng. I graduated from Swansea University Law School in Wales, England. I used to work in the law office of the transportation department in China.
I joined LGA in 2022. I like drawing and teaching Chinese, also enjoy the time with children. I believe every child is a little angel, what we can do is give them a beautiful pair of wings!
Youbin (Victor) XuCo-Founder and Program Supervisor
I’m Youbin (Victor) XU, an accomplished professional with a passion for education and childcare. With a master’s degree in business administration (MBA), I have dedicated myself to making a positive impact in the field of education.
Since 2009, I have been serving as a co- founder of New Oriental Education Center, where I have played a crucial role in its establishment and growth. As a director with over eight years of experience, I have successfully led and managed the center, ensuring the delivery of high- quality educational programs and services.
My expertise extends to program supervision in childcare and education. Through my leadership, I have implemented innovative curricula, fostering an engaging and nurturing environment for children. By closely collaborating with a dedicated team, I have consistently raised the standards of excellence in early childhood education.
I am truly passionate about empowering young minds and shaping the leaders of tomorrow. As an advocate for education, I continually seek opportunities to enhance the learning experience and promote holistic development.
In addition to my professional endeavors, I actively engage in ongoing professional development to stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in the field of education. I believe that continuous learning is essential for personal growth and ensuring the highest quality of education. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and pursuing personal interests such as traveling, sports and gardening. These experiences help me maintain a well-rounded perspective and bring creativity and innovation to my professional endeavors.
